If you are looking to shred fat fast, this is one fast cut diet I have heard of when speaking with professional bodybuilders.

Before competing they would eliminate certain foods to cut up quickly. The four things they would cut out were sucrose, glucose, fructose, and lactose.

No sucrose, no glucose, no fructose, and no lactose. Allow me to elaborate..

 

No sucrose

Sugar is the first thing to erase from your diet. Anything with sugar in it. Sweet drinks, lollies, to take it even a step further, analyse the ingredients on the packet of anything you ingest. Cutting out sugar alone will get you to your goal weight, but cutting out all four will work you wonders.

No glucose

No breads, pastas, biscuits, anything with refined flour that got carbohydrates in it. You can lie to yourself that it's unachievable, but the cavemen did it. These are slow burners, they clog you up and will slow down your fat burning immensely.

No fructose

No fruit either. Cut it out while you shred and it will assist with you achieving your goal.

No lactose

No milk, no cheese, no butter, no cream. I know, it seems impossible but milk is bad for you. There are easier ways to achieve your daily calcium intake. Milk clogs you up, gives you phlegm, and will slow you down from achieving your goal.

 

 

If you cut all of this out of your diet you will shred fast. That in conjunction with consistent exercise will help you achieve your desired weight and increase your confidence.

By cutting out these foods watch your appetite shrink as well. You will gain a sense of well being that will make you feel alive. We are often ignorant to it, but if you eat bad, you fell bad. You feel bad, you  think bad. There is no food that tastes as good as it feels to be healthy.
