Warranty
Fire Magic provides a lifetime warranty for stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel housings, stainless flame tamers are warranted for five years, twenty years for stainless steel burners, fifteen years for brass valves and manifold assemblies. All other components are warranted for three years from the date of purchase. Ignition systems (except batteries) are warranted for one year. A limited one year labor warranty covers repairs up to $95. In a multi-user setting (excluding commercial use) this grill is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the stainless grill housing, burners, cooking grates, brass valves, inner lines and manifold assemblies for five years, all other components (except batteries) are warranted for one year.

WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty - Fire Magic Diamond Sear cast stainless steel burners (Choice Stainless Steel Burners = 20 years), stainless steel rod cooking grids and stainless steel housing are under warranty for as long as you own your grill.

15 Year Warranty - Fire Magic brass burners, brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces) and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for 15 years.

10 Year Warranty - Fire Magic electric grills, electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and electric grill stainless steel housing are under warranty for 10 years.

5 Year Warranty - Flavor grids, infrared burners, charcoal stainless steel grills (except for the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, wood pellet screen, thermometer and ash tray which are under warranty for one year) are under warranty for 5 years.

3 Year Warranty - Fire Magic side burners and all other Fire Magic components (except ignition systems and electrical parts) are under warranty for 3 years.

1 Year Warranty - Fire Magic ignition systems (excluding batteries), electrical components (including lights and thermometer) and grill accessories are under warranty for 1 year.
